Get Found LLC, doing business as FOUND (“Found,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through foundontop.com (the “Site”), our forms, phone calls, emails, and text messages, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free Competitor Teardown, take the Free Visibility Score, book a call, or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, city, phone number, email address, website, industry, and your answers to our questions.
Information collected automatically. With your permission, we use cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to collect information like your device type, browser, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choices.
Information from our clients. When a business hires us, it may share information about its own customers with us (for example, names, phone numbers, and visit dates) so we can deliver review and marketing services on its behalf. We use that information only to provide services to that business, under our agreement with it.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Prepare your Competitor Teardown or Visibility Score
- Respond to your requests and schedule calls
- Send you information about our services, if you have agreed to receive it
- Send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Section 4)
- Provide, improve, and secure our Site and services
- Comply with the law
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, scheduling, email, text messaging, and analytics providers. They may use it only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
4. Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers.
If you agree to receive text messages from Found, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service for full details.
5. Email
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send you messages about a request you made or services you purchased.
6. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing getfound@foundontop.com. You can change cookie choices at any time from the Cookie Settings link in our footer.
9. Children
Our Site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Third-party links
Our Site may link to sites we do not control, such as Google. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
